Structural alterations, openings and the works that need a perit.

Structural work is the one part of a project where the decision to proceed is not ours or yours alone. Anything affecting the structure requires a warranted perit, and in Malta that is a legal role rather than a formality — the perit takes responsibility for the design and the method.
Our part is delivery and coordination: engaging the right trades, sequencing the work so the rest of the programme is not stopped for longer than it has to be, and making sure what the perit specified is what actually gets built.
Structural work is the least generalisable cost on this site. It depends on what is being altered, what is above it, and what the perit specifies — and none of that is visible before someone has looked.
We do not publish a rate for this one. It is not priced per square metre in any way that would survive contact with a real property, and a number we cannot stand behind is worse than no number. It is quoted after the survey, itemised, before anything starts.

You deal with us, not with the trade. We survey, we quote a fixed price, we bring in the builders from the CheckYourTraders-verified network, and we manage the sequencing around every other trade on site. One point of contact, one contract, one invoice.
